Planet Print is a platform that simplifies shopping for printing products and services, catering to diverse printing needs such as powder, ink, and spare parts. This project aimed to enhance the user experience by improving navigation, checkout flow, and overall usability, helping users shop with ease and confidence.
User Flow
I created a user flow to illustrate how users navigate and interact with the Planet Print app. From onboarding to completing an order, the flow showcases a seamless journey tailored to meet user needs, ensuring efficient product discovery, smooth checkout processes, and reliable order management.
Wireframing
After gathering insights and data, and reviewing user needs, problems, and desires, I began designing these wireframes. Starting with low-fidelity wireframes, this process illustrates the user journey, from product exploration to seamless checkout and efficient order management.
